You can even download product updates completely free of charge - simply monitor our Product News page for regular product update announcements. The only restrictions for the free Canadian payroll software are as follows: • 20 Employee Limit - The free version will only operate when you have 20 employees or less (all employee types including inactive, on leave, etc.). • No Technical Support - The free version of GrandMaster Suite is offered with no technical support - that's how we are able to offer this amazing software at no cost. And if you do need extra assistance, you can use our pay-as-you-go support plan. This standard support policy gives you access to our payroll experts at $100 per hour when needed, while saving you the cost of purchasing an annual license. We also provide payroll setup for GrandMaster Suite at a cost of $150.00 per hour. Many customers prefer us to set up their payroll accurately to get them started. If you require payroll processing for more than 20 employees, or would like to receive unlimited Toll-Free support from CanPay, simply purchase a GrandMaster Suite license.
